Well, it wasn’t meant to be so because the one I managed to put my hand on talked about the same things that I’ve told you guys in the first post here on my site that was entitled “Why can’t I fall asleep?” They don’t directly give you any method to cure you sleeping troubles. Providing a general idea in order for you to become closer to the major reasons why insomnia appears in the first place is really nice, but this doesn’t always help, especially lazy people who are looking for easy remedies for their sleep disorders. You need to understand that most cheap, easy and fast techniques are either not effective at all or produce short term results which will only make you feel even worse.
You can cure your trouble falling asleep by implementing certain step by step programs that will help you in different domains of your life that you consider need more training or a giving you some kind of trouble. Let’s say that you can’t relax your body and mind in order to sleep well. This usually happens when your brain and blood is not oxygenated enough. Do you spend most of your time indoors? When was your last attempt to jog, at least around your house? See, there is a huge network between our actions and reactions and if you claim that you can’t rest at night, but your way of doing things during the day is close to reading books and writing poetry only than you are doing something wrong. Our ancestors said that life is movement and movement is life. If you don’t manage to get yourself a little bit tired during the day (at least physically) you won’t be able to fully relax your muscles during the night. Relaxation is the key to a proper sleep and if you have no clue about how to do this you are in big trouble. Anyway, this doesn’t mean that you can’t cure your problem falling asleep. I suggest you start doing physical exercises each and every morning. Get on a better diet, stop smoking tobacco and drinking coffee for God’s sake! I can’t understand this – why the heck would you bother trying to find solutions to your sleeping problems if you continue to lead an unhealthy way of life? That’s stupid. Getting rid of all your possible vices (both physical and mental) is necessary to be done first of all. This is the first step towards finding an appropriate cure for your trouble falling asleep.
Without the necessary amount of sleep and rest during the night, your body and mind is not going to function properly. This will lower the immune system and will make you become more “accessible” to various illnesses and diseases. In order to prevent all the bad stuff you need to get your six to eight hours of sleep per day/night, otherwise you are going to trigger a red flag and your health is going to become alerted. While most of the tips that you can find on the net will suggest you to stop eating a lot before you go to bed because the amount of food you intake will influence on your natural falling asleep and also reduce the cups of coffee that you drink either during the whole day or specifically when you come at home after work. Coffee is good, don’t get me wrong, but if you can’t sleep because of caffeine, who is to blame? What do you choose, lack of sleep or lack of coffee? Anyways, people are different and not all cures work. Being individual makes we react in different ways even to the limitation of caffeine and other slightly addictive substances that sometimes make us wake up during the night and seek options to get it (cigarettes).
The best cure for your trouble falling asleep is the one that works the best for you. While I had a problem with my digestion and had to follow a special diet for sleeping better, you might need to seal your windows and maybe accommodate yourself in a darkened noiseless area. Are you living to close to an overwhelmed street with bunch of vehicle traffic? Maybe you need to change your place? Have you ever thought about it? It’s not possible to cure your insomnia if you don’t constantly seek solutions until you discover something that works for you.
